It took over 3 weeks, first week basically nothing happened, had to constantly follow up, advocate, etc. Second time I have had serviced here- both times transmission was part of requested service, as it randomly slams into gear when shifting while driving. Still no feedback/diagnosis on this. Asked again, still no feedback. Also proposed a $500 fee to change my spark plugs (no thanks).

Same old deal with Angela Krause Ford. You have to fight with them every step of the way to get taken care of and charged correctly. Be diligent in asking for communication/information, in monitoring what they are asked to do and what actually gets accomplished and watch for estimates and actual charges to align.

Our service advisor was Kevin and he did a really good job. He talked to us about what needed to be done and answering all our questions. We have an older MKX and it needed several things repaired so the cost was higher than we hoped. So far, from all indications, the work done solved the problem. My only complaint is that it took 3 days for the work to be completed. Also, I was subjected to a problem when trying to pay by check for the completed job because your check verification system malfunctioned and it took your cashier considerable effort to resolve the situation. The worst service department of any Ford dealer I've dealt with. Complete robots. They don't care about the customer. They're looking for revenue-making opportunities. I have purchased 11 new Ford and Lincoln vehicles over the years and, because of my experiences with this dealer, I will never buy another Ford vehicle.

It was fine, but certainly not phenomenal. I had to take it in for a recall and a warranty item. I felt like by just being there, I was a burden to the service advisor. I'd recommend it because of the recall and the warranty but if I was out of warranty then I'd likely go elsewhere.
