I was not informed when I dropped my vehicle off that it can takes days to complete a diagnostic. The communication was lacking and I had to call for updates. My car was returned filthy with black dust residue that was not present when car was dropped off and I never received my paperwork for the service.

I like the quick response from Loan Pham.. My car was towed there and received by her. She called me after checking car. We agreed on what to do and she and the mechanics took care of my car. I like that my car gets washed each time I get it serviced! Excellent staff as well. Everyone ask if I can be helped when I come into the shop! It is great not to be ignored!

Nicolas was courteous, professional and efficient in handling the recall servicing on my 2025 Equinox EV. I was also able to participate in a work-related Zoom meeting in the waiting room because of the dealership's excellent WiFi and access to charging outlets. The servicing took less time than Nicolas's original estimate, and they also charged my vehicle to 85%. Excellent service!

I just got the Silverado EV. I had a battery alert pop up. I called 2 other dealerships before I called Jim Ellis. The other dealers wanted me to drop my truck off and it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it. Jim Ellis said 2 days. I had my truck back in 10 days.

My experience with Jim Ellis is always good. I have a great Service Rep, Vladimir, and they perform as projected and deliver timely. They may not be the cheapest provider but they are good and stand behind their work. Worth any extra costs for the superior service and care.

I had to come 3 times for my tire pressure! I needed a new tire the whole time . They patched it. The policy at Jim ellis don't patched tires!!!!! But Vladimir came to the rescue n saved the day n a older lady helped me out alot!!! I think she was the service manager!!!!!

Overcharged for services provided. I should have shopped around but was in a timely crunch and likely was taken advantage of as a result. I checked around afterwards and found same services at several shops for much, MUCH less. Very disappointed in the price!
