I liked that I was served as soon as I arrived.
The waiting room is nice and equipped with nice chairs and free coffee.
I wish they'd given the cost estimate for the tires and sensor. It would had have allowed me to start planning for it.

I had a 1:30 appt for an oil change. It wasn't ready until 3.5 hrs later! My car is not complicated or special. This is not what a customer expects with a simple service AND an appointment! The folks behind the desks were cordial.

Work was done well once they got to it. The problem was the time it took. My car had an engine light on and I dropped it off without an appointment. It was almost a week before a tech even looked at it. It looks like more help is needed.
