“The communication between the service writer was horrible. She did not promptly return calls or text messages. Her ability to convey a clear understanding of diagnostics and repairs, truly shows her lack of mechanical knowledge. We understand that there are other customers to communicate with, but to take sometimes seven hours or even the next day to respond is unacceptable. This is the second time of dealing with this person and it was definitely not any better than the first time. Maybe she would be a good fit as a receptionist but as a service advisor, she lacks knowledge of automobile systems.
As far as the repairs to my vehicle, I am very pleased. The mechanic is obviously very knowledgeable of the Ford products and has a great ability to make the repairs correctly. All issues with the vehicle were repaired correctly as per the diagnostic phase.”
