“Received a recall from Mazda and tried scheduling on 5-5-26 but never received a call back from the dealer. Car shut down a few time after that and then called the dealer back and was told to contact Mazda roadside assistance and have the car towed. I brought up while talking with the service advisor that I live over 80-miles away. I was told Mazda roadside would have the vehicle both ways. Scheduled with Mazda roadside service to have the vehicle picked up on 6-11-26. I called the dealer at 7:53 am stating the car would be late for an 8:30 am scheduled service appointment. The service advisor said he would pass the information onto the correct advisor. Later in the morning my wife received a call from the original service advisor the appointment was scheduled with, stating " missed the 8:30 am appointment". My wife stated the vehicle was being towed 80-miles. Once the vehicle arrived at the dealer the car was checked in and the recall was preformed. I believe a fourth advisor with this recall notified me that the call was ready and said it would need to be picked up by 6:00 pm. I brought up again the this was a recall, we live 80-miles away and I needed it towed back based on the information received from the service advisor when the recall was scheduled. We called Mazda roadside back and let them know the reason for the tow and the call had to be escalated too a different department to get the tow authorized. The tow was authorized. The vehicle arrived back our residence around 5:10 pm.”
“I didn't like their salesmanship I don't like it when they tell me to wait here so I don't listen on their conversation in regards to beat me up on price their way over price on that vehicle. I'm not sure what you seen on it but on the top of the drivers door on the roof basically is a good size ding or dents that would cost a lot of money to fix it didn't point it out something like that you would want to let the customer know about because if I would've saw that when I came home with the vehicle, I would've made him take it back anyways it's not them. It's a lot of dealerships that do the same thing. Kia in St. Cloud is the worst, they tell you which color you could qualify for they are ridiculous”
