Did before hours drop off as planned, stopped to pick up vehicle at the end of the day and they hadn't done the scheduled service. Stated it would be done first thing next am. Stopped in following morning 1.5 hours after opening and vehicle still had not been pulled in for service. Waited an additional hour for vehicle service to be completed.
