Great people and a great environment. I had a ton of services needed on my new (to me) van, but I didn't feel like I was there all day being bored. I love their use to technology to keep me informed of progress. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the text asking if I wanted to sell my van. After owning her for a week I wasn't ready to sell or trade. I was there for service, not sales.

We had warranty work done and it wasn't done right or the parts were bad. When we took it back in they informed us we didn't need to do it that it was okay to have an oil leak. Bet if they would have made money it would have needed to be repaired ASAP. I'm looking for someone else to do the maintenance on my vehicles. I'm done being ripped off.

The accessories department did excellent work on my bed liner, mud flaps, lug nuts, and tonneau cover installation. Clean, professional, and they are making things right on a parts issue without hassle. My negative experience was entirely with the sales and finance side of the transaction. The accessories team should not be penalized for that.

Seems like no one has a definite idea how to correctly read the oil gauge on the dash and telling me not to have it on the full max and it was on the max mark since it was new. Wish Ram would put something out there to correctly read it even though it's a new motor. With the number of miles you can run the motor without changing oil I would like to have the maximum amount of oil in the motor it can have.

Corbin provided outstanding service. We were passing through Fargo on our way home to Washington state and our van transmission gave out. The next morning they squeezed us in to do an error code reading which revealed the van only needed a software update to fix a bug. We got an oil change and tire rotation and we were back on the road home by lunch. We thought we'd have to fly back to pickup the van but they came through for us.
