Coming from out of town, I didn't like the fact that I made an appointment and when I got there I was told that it might be 3-4 hours until the service could be performed. It seemed that they were overbooked. Thankfully, it took only a couple hours. Everything else was great. The woman who checked me in kept me informed of the progress as the service was performed. They were able to get everything done in one day, which is great when you live out of town. Good communication throughout the process. Only problem that occurred after is my windshield wiper fluid is frozen. I have never had that issue before so unclear what solution they used.

What rating can you give if you drive the vehicle for 3 miles after service and both engine and tire pressure alerts light up? I had to drive back and wasted 30 min when time was very tight. Engine light was due to air in the fuel system Tires were rotated, but pressures were not adjusted. Nuisance, but the shop that praises itself for high quality should not have problems like this one.

They kept my car for 8 days for a simple oil change and battery replacement. They recommended additional work be done that I approved, but they never did it and never let me know when my car was done. Terrible customer service and TERRIBLE communication from their entire team. I will NEVER go back.
