Overall, the service is good, but I'm disappointed with the additional services that are "recommended" at the time of service. I have 495,000 miles on my other vehicle...I think I'm well aware of how to maintain my vehicle. Please stop suggesting additional services that are not worth paying for.

My truck was at the dealership for a second repair in less than a week for the same issue. It was towed in on 09/30/25 and I finally had to pick it upon 12/31/25. Way too long for what they did and I cant even put it to words how stressful the whole ordeal was! I'll never purchase another anything from that dealer.

I felt the knowledge of a KDSS system was lacking. Leak from accumulated. Took 2 times in before they took off access shield then found exactly where the leak was. I would have replaced it and refill system. I don't really know if they have the specialized equipment to recharge the system. Lexus GX 460

Usually your service is excellent but this time I brought my truck indoor service and I was given a list of repairs that were rather expensive but necessary. When the repairs were made I was informed I needed to change out my transmission fluid to the tune of over $300. This was in addition to over $3500. Why wasn't the transmission fluid issue part of the initial service. Wouldn't that be the usual time to check that fluid?

I like that they were fairly quick in providing the service to my truck. The one thing that detracts from their overall service is that fact that they cannot manually note that I personally replaced the battery myself so that I don't keep getting reminders to replace the battery when it does not need it.

The building is beyond noisy. Had such a difficult time hearing and to have stuff repeated. Felt like the sales person kind of misleaded us with financing the the extra $1,000 back. We had to finance with them in order to receive a discount. You would think you pay cash you would receive a discount. Very disappointed with the whole process.
