The service required for my vehicle needed 3 hours and Lunde Mazda has been very gracious to provide courtesy shuttle for me to go to West Acres while waiting for my vehicle. Everyone at Lunde Mazda has been very nice and accommodating.

They totally messed up with my appointment time. I have to wait for over 1 hour even though I was early 5 min for my appointment time. The appointment department were totally unhelpful. Lunde Auto always comes up with new ways to provide poor service. Being the only authorized centre for Mazda in Fargo, I think they don't care about customers. This one star review will have no effect on their style of functioning.

Great customer service; I'm presently deployed and had my friend take the car in for a software update for the infotainment system; they were more than glad to assist him, and they also provided him two complimentary car washes as a way of showing their support for the soldiers, which I appreciate.

Made two appointments a week apart for oil change..first time was told it would be at least two hours before they could get to itsecond time was told an hour before they could start and then at least an hour to change the oil. Left and went to another dealers quick change service and get it done in fifteen minutes. Will get nothing done at this dealer except warranty work. Would give zero stars if I could.

I bought my car here and the tires were all bad and I found out the radiator hose are non existent and we're replaced with household plumbing. Quite comical if you had a chance to see this. The car so far runs great but I had to change the fuel filter, tires and spark plugs right away. Make sure you check EVERYTHING before you buy a car.
