Aside from the finance manager coming in to complete the sale after 2-3 hrs I would have left without purchasing. I will probably never purchase a vehicle from dealership again.”
“When selling the car, their service was the best of the best. Once we closed the deal and received the car keys, we were offered to bring the car back for a fully detailed celan up service, including an engine wash within 30 days of purchase. I called right the next week to schedule the promised service, we made the appointment for the next weekend (one week after the purchase), they said the will make sure to do it that day. it will take about an hour, Saturday came and I drove all the way from Anaheim to the dealership at Riverside with my family thinking it will be fast (one hour) and planned to take them to eat nearby, when arrived, Lorenzo came out right away to let me know they were busy and had no time to do the job, he asked to come back on Tuesday which it was not possible for me due to my job schedule, that was the reason we picked to do it on Saturday. I asked him if there was a chance to do it the same Saturday and he told to call him back around 5:00 p.m., It was around noon, what I supposed to do with my family until then? I got disappointed and just left and drove back home. I though all was a total waste of time.
Well, a couple days after, the Start/Stop system warning light turned on indicating the system was not available and the Mair battery light turned on a couple of times as well. I called AAA to check the batteries but they were able to check the main battery only and they suggested a replacement soon, I knew the auxiliary battery needed replacement, but I was not sure about the main one. I called the dealership to let them know about the issues and they sent to a shop at Upland, there, they were able to replace the auxiliary battery at their expense but I had to pay 50% of the shop's fee. They did not covered the main battery replacement, so I will have to absorb the cost of it.
Buyers, make sure to check their website for the extra fees and costs that will rise the price up to $5,000.00 extra on top of the listed price.”
