Service pointed out a few issues. However, they wanted to charge way too much. Example, a torn splash guard on the bottom of the vehicle. They wanted $260 with labor. I found the part online for $48 and it took me 15 minutes to install it. They do good work, but sometimes, dealer prices are ridiculous.

Repairs and maintenance always 100%. But as I get older and don't use half the features in my car I get irritated when I drive away and later on the way home my headlights don't come on. Then I'm on the road and feeling for buttons I don't use. That puts me at risk for accidents just because you play with the lights or battery and don't put it back the way you found it.

I had contacted them regarding the issues with my vehicle and was told they would call back to arrange vehicle pickup. No returned call. Called free 3 weeks to get scheduled. Was instructed that an appointment was made with a specific advisor. When I arrived that individual was off on that day. I was still able to arrange for someone to look at the vehicle. They were then very expedient at diagnosing the problem.

scheduled a oil change and a recall repair over the phone. Truck was picked up and the recall was the only thing done. No oil change was done. They tried to make it right by scheduling a in home appointment at my house, but yet again nothing ever happened. No show no call. I don't think I'll be going back here again. On top of that I purchased my truck here.

I had told them about my AC stop working in the front area last time my car was there since all of a sudden got it back and no air came out at all and nobody had time to check it out or get done sucks with this heat and for my kids pretty disappointed at this point being a customer 6 years and having every oil change there since I purchased there the service is horrible

C I was very happy with the service and they noticed that there was something wrong in one of my front right wheels and I had to leave my car there so they provided me a Rent-A-Car and they fix the problem the very next day and I was really happy with the service manager and him helping me out on a couple other small problem.
