I took the 2023 Sportage in for its 15K service, and it was completed within the promised timeframe. My service advisor, Adam, was very nice and communicated well. The waiting area was comfortable and stocked with snacks and water, and I was able to work while I waited.

Generally I found the experience at this dealership good. The person who took care of me was efficient and thorough. I continue to wonder about the cost of service, especially when there is really nothing being replaced, just a lot of checking. The service was completed quickly (about two hours).

I was not satisfied with the service. The oil change took over 2.5 hours, which is much longer than expected for a basic service. Additionally, the car was not washed at the end, even though that is usually included or expected at similar service centers.

Had to return car to correct error made when spark plugs were changed. My son lost a day of work, not to mention stress of having to return. Too bad we weren't offered at least a free oil change with next service. We've been faithful anc regular customers and it feels like we were taken advantage of.

Arrived for appt for regular maintenance. Checked in and told 2 hrs to wait. Fine. When 2 hrs oil change done, they said I needed transmission fluid and radiator fluid based on the mileage but needed my approval and would take another hour+. Too long!! IF IT BASED ON MILEAGE, WHY DIDN'T THEY SAY SO WHEN I CHECKED IN AND HE WROTE DOWN THE MILEAGE!!! STUPID.

I had a disappointing experience at Kia of Irvine. I went in for a tire replacement and my 6000-mile service due to a bulge in my left front tire, but communication was poor. I only received one phone call with no follow-up notifications, and the final invoice differed from the original quote. Additionally, no one explained why my tire pressure was set so high or why they swapped the left front tire with the left rear.

Kia Irvine did not honor the extended warranty. Their 10 year 100k warranty is a lie. I was doing oil consumption tests that put a big strain on my life. I do not feel safe in my vehicle with my children. I was not able to be with family for the holidays due to this issue. I'm afraid my engine is going to blow up on me. I would never buy a Kia again and I recommend nobody else does either.

We bought a used 2021 Kia Sorento. After a day of driving it and we noticed a clunk when accelerating. Brought it back in under warranty and they readily accepted it into service. It's been a week and we still don't have the car back. So it's hard to rate the service completely at this point.

Outstanding service department - I only bring our two Kia's to Kia of Irvine because of their excellent "one and done" service, communication and support. They offer a free shuttle for repairs that will take a full day so they can get you to work or home and don't have to wait in the waiting area. When I do decide to wait, the service department is very clean, free snacks & coffee and free wi-fi.

Dropped car off way before appt time because it was convenient for me but wasn't expecting it to get done earlier, low and behold it was finished even before to original appt time. They didn't try to upsell a tone of stuff to me, car was as clean as when I dropped it off, plus the seat and mirrors were right where I left them. I scheduled an appointment for 1:30. My car didn't even begin to receive service until 3:45. They knew I was in a rush to get back to my children, so they did not give my car a wash or a top off like I heard other service persons tell their other customers. I also received an email from them saying I missed my appointment and my recall issue was not fixed. Very frustrating overall. Not wanting to go back ever.

Works well with little old ladies like myself and explains in simple language information that might be very complicated.
