This was my second visited to Norm Reeves Genesis of Irvine. Isaiah Douglas, my Service Advisor greeted me right away. He listened very carefully to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He acted very friendly and professional. Most importantly, he took care of my car. Summarizing, it was again a great experience! My car was handed to me before the estimated wait time and yes, it was super clean! Thank you Isaiah!!!

My Car was in their shop for repeat electrical problems. The employees are great but overworked. Most of the time it is difficult to get someone on the phone for an up date. Total days in the shop were 5. I would still recommend because they are the closest Genesis dealer near me.
