I liked the attention given to me by the Service Advisor; professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I also appreciated that they paid for Lyft to take me home .
I especially was disappointed in the time it took to service the car; I left it at 9:30 and received it at 6PM. I essentially lost an entire day.

Went in for a routine full synthetic oil change. Jose was my service advisor and helped me. He initially said 1.5 to 2 hours. Yikes!!! I said I was in a bit of a hurry. I was in & out in about an hour surprisingly. No carwash which saves about 30 minutes since I have a carwash membership. Would definitely return for future service.

All aspects of my visits were excellent from the young man who greeted to my advisor, Jose Guillermo, to the quickness that they performed the service to the thoroughness that Mr Guillermo explained what had been done to my vehicle at the conclusion of the service. Very good experience.

Had a recall notice and Norm Reeves of Genesis provided valet service to pick up my car and deliver back to my home. great communication during the day updating me on the status of my car. Car was returned on time and washed cleaned up like a new car.

Thanks to Isaiah Douglas, again an excellent experience!
I was greeted by him upon my arrival. His team took right away care of my Genesis GV70. As they preformed the scheduled maintenance, I was enjoying a fresh cup of coffee and some great snacks in the customer lounge. The technician sent me a video, so actually I could see the condition of my car. Isaiah himself kept me informed on the work progress. At the end, I received my freshly washed car and yes, it felt like new again!

The customer service at Irvine Genesis is excellent. The price of routine service isn't. My scheduled service was over $450.00. I'm sure this isn't unusual at dealerships. Although I declined air filter replacement, they wanted well over $100.00 for each filter and there were 3. This is likely my last service at a dealership. Great service writers but they have priced themselves out of my comfort zone. Based on the overall experience, less cost of service, I'd recommend them if you can afford it.

BS socialist California sales tax laws around out-of-state purchases further complicated by exceedingly restrictive policies at dealership. They wanted me to leave $65K with them and NOT give me either the car or the title for up to one week. I don't care who they are, they don't get to keep all things of value associated with the transaction for a week - they needed to deliver the car or the title WHEN I tendered full payment (US based Fed wire). Salesman Karan was great though.
