“Jerry, our salesperson was great but we had a terrible experience with Steve, who tried to sell us unnecessary protection packages. He wasn't honest with us after I gave him 4 days to access my credit report and left a message for him to call me if there was any problem. Instead I got a call from him Monday morning saying he couldn't access my credit report. He then didn't give me any information regarding things not covered and also covered. Tyler later provided this helpful information. Steve also forgot to give me the insurance card from Amica so we drove back to Ticonderoga without it and needed to contact Amica the next day to have it emailed.”
