The folks at Romeo Subaru were awesome. My check engine light came on as I was driving south on 87 on a Friday afternoon. They took my Forester in immediately, figured out the issue, determined it was covered under warranty and fixed it in an hour and a half. I was so pleased. Barry was terrific; kind people and great service.

Made an appointment to get get my car serviced and inspected but they did not adhere to the schedule they agreed to. I ended up having to take my vehicle from them because after keeping it and extra day, they still had not brought my car in to get work completed. I had to take it back and now look for another dealership because I can't trust that when I make an appointment, that it will be adhered to. On top of it all, I had to call for updates and not the other way around. I only got a call from them telling me that they were going to keep my car beyond the length of time that I was ok with and had agreed to. No work ended up being done. ***UPDATE*** I responded to their response by contacting Patti over a week now and got no call back. They just don't seem interested in corrective steps.

About 2 weeks after service at Romeo Subaru, I heard a very unsettling noise coming from the front of the vehicle. I took it to my personal mechanic and it turned out that the lug nuts were not tightened properly on the Driver Side Front Tire. I don't believe I would take my car to Romeo again. Also, they told me I had an oil leak but didn't know where it was and they also "forgot" to send me the video walk around where the technician explains possible faults with the vehicle. Just overall unprofessional and shoddy workmanship. They have a long way to go to earn my trust back.
