Eric service advisor was a better experience. Lack of communication and care is still an ongoing issue at this dealership. Leaving gas cap open is one thing that is small and life happens but to blame it on the customer and then laugh it offf saying well they're doing so many things at one time is unacceptable.

They did not fix my problem. In the past few weeks my iPhone has had problems syncing with the CarPlay, cutting in and out which is a problem if you rely on maps. The technician did not fix the problem, only offered a few suggestions that I've already tried.

I liked the fact that I got a video message on my phone showing what they found when inspecting my car. However, it was difficult for me to tell if I really needed the new radiator and new battery they recommended. On the other hand, I didn't want to take the chance of being stuck on the road because something broke down, so I said go ahead. Unfortunately, the cost of the radiator with labor was much higher than I expected.

The service itself was unproblematic (oil change). The person who checked me in/out called me over when he was on the phone and then stayed on the phone for about two minutes.
