“I went for an oil change, but there was also a long standing recall that I hadn't fixed previously because they didn't have the part. The service tech said it would take about 2 hours to fix the recall, not counting the oil change and tire rotation and I might want to schedule that another time. Then he returned saying the mechanic could do it all in 2 hours so I agreed. And in a little under 2 hours the job wS completed, and the car washed.”
