They missed the taillight that was out. They did not put oil in after the oil change. They did not wash and detail it like it says they did. They left a big rag on top of the engine which we found when we had to fill the oil ourselves. Luckily it was found before causing damage.

The service I needed was going to cost me $1300.00, But Virgil found a warranty that would cover the cost of the service, with no out of pocket for me, How can you beat that!!!
