Had my oil changed and they did not put enough oil in. on the next day I was taking a trip when the oil light came on and I had to drive back about 1 hour for them to give me some sad excuse. The time before that my window washing fuild light came on about in a week. I think I sould have been comipated in some manner. Not insult my intelligence. I drive over half hour to get my service there. I will have to rethink that.

What a nightmare! 3.5 hours of sitting and being lied to. All they did was pull my credit for a lease buyout and hold my car hostage on the lift. The level of incompetence and customer service skills from everyone from the mechanic to the manager was outstanding!

Prompt and reliable. I brought my car in around 2:30 PM without an appointment. The problem I was having was a warning light telling me to check my coolant level. They looked at it and realized there were other issues that needed to be taken care of. They couldn't finish it all that day so they gave me a loaner and I picked up my car the next morning.

Drove down to Massachusetts from New York with my truck and trailer to pick up the car arrived. Took the SSR out for a test drive and the speedometer not work stated zero did not buy the car but dealership worked with me and was in constant contact, I just didnt feel comfortable buying a car with a spirometer meeting to be replaced.

The car I went to look at is still listed for sale, weeks after it has been sold. Apparently they keep cars listed to bait you into calling and then try to steer you to one they actually have. The car I wanted still comes through as "price drop", even though it has been sold... long ago. It also makes them look like they have much more inventory then they actually have. Use caution!!!!!!

Hello Brian! We appreciate your concern however, this is not the case. We do use 3rd party programs that sometimes do not update sold vin numbers right away. The price drop you're speaking of is our Market Based Pricing tool which selects the best price for the vehicle (we do not choose these prices). Somewhat of a technical issue in this case, the vehicle showed on the site longer than usual. If anyone were to call or inquire on the vehicle, our system would alert us the vehicle is sold and to let the inquiring customer know asap! Definitely my favorite Volkswagen dealership, prices are more reasonable than others in the area, they have a nice staff and are easy to work with, I'm not the biggest fan of dealerships for service, but this place provides a much better experience than any other dealership I have been to! highly recommended!

I feel they are overcharging on labor. $132/hr is $7 over the $70-$125 national average. Did not discover that high beams are not working until 48 hours later when headlights were needed. 141k miles, never an issue plus I live 100 miles away and they had a "we'll see" attitude. They had just replaced a sensor. I hold them responsible.
