“I left the wheel lock key on the center console. When I picked up the vehicle, I could not find the wheel lock key. I had to look for it and finally found it in the glove box. In my opinion, you should leave it where the customer left it. They moved the passenger seat all the way back to check the cabin air filter. They also reclined it all the way. This caused the entertainment system screen to hit the child car seat. Did this cause the screen to crack more? I am not sure because we had already cracked it. You need to be careful because the GM entertainment screens and child car seats do not work without issues. Also, I think you should return the seat to a position that was close to what it was when it was brought in. One last thing, it is not hard to wipe your oily hand print off of the seat.”
