“The worked they did on the Suburban was excellent. However when my car was ready I walked out of the waiting area only to find my car wasn't there. I am handicap and walk with a cane. Seems the person that brought my car from the service area assumed he could park it anywhere on their lot and I could find it. I asked my service adviser where my car was? He looked a little puzzled then asked for my keys. He found my car and brought it to me. I can remember not too long ago if the customer was waiting on his car they would park it at the waiting area door.”
