Didn't keep me updated on the repair. Difficulty in getting part which was never explained to me until I went to the repair shop or when the part came in. Otherwise, the mechanic does real good work and will answer any questions you may have if you meet with him in person. Would recommend his service.

Jason is an honest guy. He doesn't try to misguide or charge you and fix things you don't need. If there is not a problem, he tells you that instead of taking advantage to make a buck! He guarantees his work for 2 years and so far has been a dependable mechanic!

The folks at Lone Star are professionals. Been doing business with them for 3+ years. They consistently shoot straight. Only drawback is their absence of preferential customer parking for Irish-owned vehicles.

We broke down on our way home to Austin on a weekend and had to be towed. Bob's towing came to assist (they were VERY good and understanding) and recommended Lone Star Repair. Lone Star repair called first thing Monday and had already diagnosed the issue and provided a very reasonable quote. I approved and they had it fixed the next day. I picked it up and away I went, running great and no issues since. Highly recommend them.
