“When I walked up to the desk, I told them who I was and I was here to get my vehicle inspection done and some other misc. work. The young lady asked for all the information, vehicle registration, etc. I forgot and left everything in the glove compartment. She said, I go get it for you. Ok, so I when and sat down in the waiting room. When they said my car was done, I went out to pay, and I did.But then she tells me my drivers vehicle registration card was missing, but I woudd still have to pay the price for the service of the work, even though the work was done, but now not official till I get my card, then start all over again and pay again!! Why didn't she go out to my car and get my information when she said she would? Then she could have known my reg. card was missing, thus, they wouldn't have tried to inspection it and then, I wouldn't have to pay for it. Totally wrong on her part. They do good work.”
