Very poor service. I purchased 3 vehicles from Kia since 2007 and this experience has completely tainted me from buying Kias ever again, unfortunate I do like the cars but the service is just poor. The only service that has ever broken lug nut studs is Kia. Also charge me for mounting and balancing snow tires that were already mounted and balanced on rims.

I did not like the experience. Every time I go there it's always more money they will try to suck out of you. They will say you need this and that, I will go to my repair person and they will say it's not true. Their prices is ridiculous. And the person at the checkout will cheat you out of your money if you let them.

Performed an oil change, car leaks oil now. Contacted them and they said it was just extra oil that wasnt wiped off. Next day the same thing happens again. Guess it wasn't just extra oil not cleaned off.. terrible they can't get a simple oil change right. Avoid them at all cost.

Not very happy at the moment ---- 11/15/24 engine blew in car towed to dealer as of 12/9/24 still do not have car back. Engine covered under warranty however issues with codes and engine light still on according to the dealer. This has been a terrible inconvenience. Should never be taking this long and think a loaner at no cost should have been offered if they knew it was going to be a timely process.

Friendly helpful service as always!! It was raining when I brought my car in for service. The Team opened the garage door and made room for my car so I didn't have to get out in the rain. Great!! Service was completed as expected and I was on my way. Great Team!! Thank you!!

Well I went there for my second/last complimentary service but I wasn't aware they would recommend tire rotation fuel additives so I ended up spending 100 bucks for a service I thought would be free.Otherwise it was good but they didn't wash the car the way they did after the first service.

They scheduled me for a recall appointment. After I sat there for 50 minutes, I was told they didn't have the part to complete the recall issue. Said they would call me when the part comes in and I haven't heard from them since.
