Had "works" package completed. Received vehicle back and a day later windshield washer fluid indicator light came on the dash. Paperwork said all fluids checked and topped off. Not a big deal honestly, but now places doubt on the quality of service. Was the oil even changed!? Were the brakes actually checked? Air filter actually checked? Lost my trust over this simple mistake!

It's a small issue, but they could have cleaned the windshield better before installing the new inspection stickers. There is a ton of sticky residue left over from the last sticker. They also parked my vehicle on a very steep incline without using the parking brake. The transmission made quite a loud noise when I shifted out of park. I was not thrilled with that.

The only reservation I had in giving 5 stars was that the nearly new vehicle I purchased had an oil change that was expired by approximately 4 months when I drove it off the lot, and I did not notice this until several hours later. I would have appreciated a fresh oil change and some more attentiveness to this after making such a large purchase.

When I called, they said I could wait for it to get done but when I brought it in, it was going to take all day so I had to walk home and get a ride back for it. I keep checking on my FordPass, and it says the recall was not completed. I've tried calling several times to no avail. It rings and rings and if it does pick up, it goes into a message and no one ever returns the call.!

I didn't like anything about the experience. The mechanic rounded off every lug on every wheel on the truck. I have the parts ordered and a service scheduled to have them replaced at an independent shop as I would not have their service department touch the truck for fear of more damage.

The dealership was very responsive and communicative. We took care of everything over the phone and via text. You hear horror stories about people showing up and the car they were promised was already sold so I was a little concerned with doing this remotely. Not in this case! I got a price I was comfortable with and a trade in value, over the phone, that I was happy with. I didn't even have to put down a deposit and I took the 3.5 hour drive down, they were ready for me and I was in and out in 90 minutes.
