Our salesman, JR, was very friendly and personable, really put us at ease the whole time. No pushy sales tactics, didn't try to steer us toward something we didn't want. Even though the guy doing the paperwork at the end was personally off-putting, he also never tried to push us into any add-ons or warranties that we didn't want or try to push us beyond our budget. It was very refreshing and nice to deal with people who respected that we knew what we wanted and knew we had a tight budget.
