“Our 2007 Highlander was in for a rack and pinon steering replacement. It was expected that the car would be in the shop for about 3-4 days for this type of repair. The repair was estimated to be around $3500 however needed to be done because of the age and use of the car. As it turned out, when it came time to pick the car up, my Service Advisor tells me that this same repair had been done previously to the car back in 2023 (During Covid). I had totally forgotten about the repair. As a result of the finding, it turned out that the entire repair was still under warranty and covered at no cost to me. The integrity of Fleet and its employees continues to reinforce that our family cars are in greatest hands for care. I applaud the extra effort that they continue to show their customers including my family. A shout out to Elizabeth, Courteny and Colby in the office. Cesar and Brian, the actual technician's who do the work on our vehicles, and Will, the Manager.”
