I went in for an oil change and to rotate tires. They said I needed a front end alignment.. I did not agree to that at the time and went to Les Schwab the next day. They did the test and showed me the results and I did not need a front-end alignment. Also, after I left Kia of Everett there were little black bits all over the car like shredded tire dust. It was tough to get off when washing the car. All in all, not a great experience

I had a recall to replace a seat component, and while it was there, they did a complete inspection of all my systems and gave me a report. They also gave me a paint stick to cover a small chip that I had. I only bought the car 2 months ago, but, so far the team at Kia of Everett has been excellent.

The shop, Everett Kia, gave us the most reasonable estimate on replacing the timing belt and actually delivered for less than the estimate! They also talked us out of unnecessary parts and maintenance! When does that ever happen at a dealership? And they provided us with an Uber ride to and from our hotel. It was a thoroughly satisfactory experience.

It was a good experience. As the car was supposed to be with the service center for the entire day, I was provided with the loaner car. The car check-in process was very smooth and fast. However, there was a delay in returning the car back. There was no update from the Service centre until I called and checked up.

I paid for an inspection that could've easily been avoided had anyone just looked up what the symptoms wereso I'm out over $200 that I can't afford, and still having the same issuemy CarPlay won't work because it needs to be updateda simple search of if I had an update recently would've saved me over $200, and saved time to do the update. I was given the option to do it myself with a provided thumb drivenever got the thumb drive

The self leveling rear shock absorbers completely suck. They're the albatross of the Telluride! I've had them replaced four or five times. The last time they deferred although they still click way back now. I love my car otherwise it's just that the manufacture doesn't care about the car order.

Customer service is poor, despite there clearly being a scorecard they ask you to rate them highly on. They don't value my time, the representative for this service turned his back to me. An oil change should not take 3 hours!
