I have used Everett Auto for years because I trust the work they do for my vehicles. A trustworthy auto mechanic is worth his weight in gold, and Jeff and team are definitely that! They are always friendly and professional and easy to do business with. With them, I don't have to wonder or be concerned whether or not I'm getting good service for my money.

The process was clear and simple. I was kept up to date on the status of my repair. The timeline that I was given was met. Yev was professional and pleasant to check in with. I am so happy I was able to use their shop; and very satisfied with the work that was done. I will recommend them to everyone.

This is hands down my cars favorite place to go for service. They always go above and beyond to fix any issues. They call me once it's diagnosed to give me my options and start repairs. My final cost is the estimate given or less and it's done on time.

We brought in a new-to-us car that had been sitting for several months. Told them to go through it and let us know any services that were needed, fully expecting to spend a couple hundred dollars. When they called they said the car was in great shape and nothing needed to be done. Nothing like giving a mechanic free reign to do maintenance and only paying $36 for the inspection.

Jeff and his crew have been taking care of my vehicles for probably around 30 years. Finding a good mechanic you can trust is gold, and Jeff and his team have always been that for me. An example, my most recent visit, they discovered I had a valve cover with some tiny cracks that were leaking oil. Jeff replaced it with a new factory-recommended cover (for around $200) rather than use a cheaper alternative that would likely fail sooner than later. And he ATE THE COST of that part rather than pass it on to me! Love those guys!
