“These guys are amazing! Eric and his crew (Chris and Craig I think are their names) took the time to listen to my concerns about my vehicle, and they definitely made me feel heard. Eric, who is the owner, even drove around with me for a good long while trying to recreate the problem I was having. But of course, in true Jeep fashion, it was on its best behavior and it just wasn't doing the thing. My frustration level was high! Chris drove me back to work in it to still try and get it to act up. It didn't. They kept it for a little while and went over the whole vehicle, even sending me a multi-page report with pictures! It was detailed with what should be done now, and what could possibly wait. Well they still didn't find what my problem was. And that's not on them, my jeep really is just temperamental. When I went to pick it up, I was fully expecting to pay for the diagnosing and other work they may have performed. But surprisingly they waived all that for me, probably because its a jeep and they know I'll need work done eventually lol. Or they felt bad for me because I kept saying I wanted to cry. I don't know, but it left me feeling better actually because I know they won't jerk me around when I go back for any work I'll need. Highly recommend this diamond in the rough repair shop.”
