Second time in a row where I was waiting in the lobby but my vehicle had been done for an about an hour. Also wasted $230 for troubleshooting a known common issue with the park position switch that can be fixed in about 30 minutes but they were unable to duplicate. This looks like the last time I come here for service.

On my previous service your technician lost or failed to return my lug nut key. My last visit my tires could not be rotated due to missing luggage nut key. This was not brought to my attention. I didn't realize that the tires were not rotated until I later read the paperwork. I will not be using your dealership for ANY type of service in the future.

Service took 6 weeks. No explanation of the lug nuts left in my car. Wrench for lug nuts was not in the car. Car made noise after fixed. 4500 miles on a new cadillac seemed kind of early for these kind of problems. Car very dirty when got it back, finger prints all over dash. Seemed like no one really tried on this situation!

I was from out of state going cross country, and I needed service on my 2025 GMC Denali - GMC Cadillac of Billings fit me right in when I needed it, when I was going through the area at a time that was convienent to me. The Service was great, I was able to apply my GMC points to the appointment and I was really happy with the whole visit. If I lived in the area I would definitely be a regular customer.

They found a repair part (the last one in the area) and told me if I could drop the truck that day they could complete the repairs the next day. They made good on their estimate and it all worked.out

I'm not a believer that the problem is solved but, happy the inspection has been done, would like specific info my engine results from GM? Do I receive any written extended warranty from GM since the dealer has no details to share.
