Anna programmed my Auto Off-On starter push button stop light aggregation dealyo on my Kia Seltos a while back. It worked great for a couple of weeks... Then it went back to its old tricks again without me touching the button at all to my knowledge. Oh well..! An A+ for her one on one customer service experience goes out to her for her efforts. I was surprised because I had to have my fuel line blown out because the is no filter. This cost over 200$. I have to continue doing this every 15000 miles forever. This seems like a cheap trick for a service call. Not impressed. The shop job was done well, not their fault.

They did a good job being welcoming and the work took as long as they had indicated. The repair did fix one issue - the vibration in the accelerator pedal. However, the fix with a new wheel did not correct the wobble. It will need to be addressed with another visit. They are very prompt at their follow-up and are waiting on me to schedule another visit.

They didn't disengage the oil light on my dashboard. I know it's minute but, it's a distraction and it should have been done. Also, one of the techs was standing right outside my pickup as I got in it to leave. He was on the phone dropping the "F" bomb left and right. And smoking. Very unprofessional.

We bought our Kia Soul in December and really like it. So with only 9,800 miles on it, imagine our surprise when the transmission quit working! We were able to get the vehicle to the service center and were told it would be about two or three weeks before we got it back. Not only did we have it back in a little over a week, but they also changed the oil and did the maintenance inspection. It now runs great!

The service department at KIA in Billings always provide good service. I was contacted as soon as parts had arrived for my vehicle. An appointment was made to get my vehicle in for repairs right away and repairs were completed in the time estimated. They provide a comfortable waiting area and are always pleasant and professional.
