The service manager was a good person and helped me understand what was needed as for the girl who helped me both times I was there was very rude to me and I will not ever want to work with her again.

The service department at KIA in Billings always provide good service. I was contacted as soon as parts had arrived for my vehicle. An appointment was made to get my vehicle in for repairs right away and repairs were completed in the time estimated. They provide a comfortable waiting area and are always pleasant and professional.

It took two months they said it was done after 3 weeksnope ignored my diagnosis of the head gasket had to bring it back twice. Took 64 days they also had no idea where to get the head resurfaced. I had to refer them to Magic city engine rebuilders. Folks are nice but they're not good at mechanicing!
