I'm not sure why it took over 9 hours to do a 50k service and 4 tires. Thankfully the tech didn't hear the rattle in my passenger door( which is still there) that may have taken till the next day to fix. That just seems excessive

They made an appointment with me for 8am and it was 12pm and they still didn't service my car. They stated that my car wasn't going to be looked at until like 5pm, I was treated as if I was a walk in. TERRIBLE
