I qas scheduled for a repair/replacement of the horn of my 2022 VW Tiguan and nothing was done after 4 hours of wait. No one told me I was going to wait that long for a "diagnostic" that never started. I felt miserable and mistreated by this service shop, ridiculous!!

Mr Tom was great addressing concerns and updating on a timely manner.
The mechanic team on the other hand left my car with dirt on the floor and hands marks. Please make sure everything work up to part. I have to turn around back to VW because one of the sign to check tire pressure light up.

Excellent customer service, Hector as usual took care of me, received my car on time, and kept me informed on progress. The waiting area is great plenty of space to connect my computer and do work while I waited for my car. The car was completed on a timely manner and delivered to me cleaned.

Service is good, takes a long time but that's typical for a dealership. I appreciate that they show me pictures of what needs work. The shop desperately needs a higher quality wifi. There's no way someone can do virtual work while waiting for their car to be serviced.

The service was Good in special from David, the person who take care of me , he was very polite. The only thing I did not like is the charge of around 23 dollars upon the price of the service I did, it said miscellaneas, and it was not the taxes, I really felt upset for that . But as I said , the service was good and the attention from David was the best .

I have presented an issue twice that my 2023 atlas has a sensor/warning light that keeps going off and was told several times it was a computer update issue. Vehicle was there Saturday and it was supposedly fixed and here we are today the sensor is on again and I cannot use the phone system to make calls or text.
