Brought vehicle in in March for yearly service, asked them to replace running light that was blown, they did not replace it. Now, I get a notice from my VW app that the tires need to be rotated. They should have done that in March when I brought it in for the yearly inspection, I guess they forgot??? This place has horrible service.

I was given a reason for my check engine light, with the fix and cost. I approved the work. The next day, they called back to talk us out of doing the work stating other items might be wrong. I am not sure what changed in less than 24 hours but it was off putting, especially since I have completed all my previous work at the shop. I took the car elsewhere and had it repaired- for less than their quote.

Tried to scam me out of almost $500. I had a part that was fixed by them less than a year ago and it died, they tried not to tell me that it was the same exact part, but I had my receipt with me from the first service - in the end, I got the part fixed for free, but then they asked me to leave a positive review on the service I got. Will not go back after the experience I had.

Service staff, Ken in particular, is fantastic! From the moment you arrive until service complete, they treat you with utmost care and consideration. Whatever services have to be completed, they explain in detail so you know up front. Complimentary drinks and TV lounge with ability to continue work during service is a nice feature, too. You will enjoy coming to VW South for service, I highly recommend them!

Unfortunately, Stabilizer bar links replaced apart of VW warranty. about a month later, the castle nut on the sway bar link backed out, due to not being torqued to proper specification and brought free from the sway bar. Luckily it remained assembled to the Strut Tower and was not damaged. VW south installed a new nut and torqued to specification.

VW considers sensor recalibration of ACC sensor a service for maintenance to charge customers a lot for alignment and to fix their crappy single sensor ACC system. Also forced dealers to buy 50,000 in new alignment and radar screens to fix their ACC systems.

About 15 minutes back to my house there is a light yellow triangule on the dashboard. This indicated problems in the oil system. I had to return the next day after having been 28 days in the dealer. On the bill says promised for February 14, that is not correct every time I went to the dealer they did not know anything about what was happening.

They took more that 1hour for a filter and oil change. Supposed to have an appointment at 10:30 and they took more than half an hour to have the car done. No vacuum cleaners service. No body says good morning on arrival. My service advisor just says -in a moment Ill be with you, and never came back.

Very good service, I bought a protection plan that cover labor and parts when I purchase the car. It cost about $30 month and last for 7 years for any problems that the car might have it, only things that are not covered are oil change, tires and battery!

It was kind of pricey, but the money was worth it. They're the best! They fixed the issue and gave me heads up on other issues. They were very patient and understanding, and they got the job done! Now I won't have to worry about being broke down somewhere.
