However, I didn't continue on with Folsom Lake Toyota, because I ended up being first in line for the car I want at another dealership. The pricing on the service wasn't consistent with the Toyota website. I had reserved a time in the afternoon for a discount rate at $62. But when checking in was quoted $160 for the same service. After further discussion, the price was adjusted to $72. Also, even though I had an appointment, the service took almost 4 hours to complete.

I always get great service at Folsom Lake Toyota which is the reason why I drive from Rocklin to Folsom to get my vehicle maintenance done. I also have a great service representative Chris Avalos. I have tried in the past using a Toyota service closer to me but later chose Folsom Lake Toyota which was the best decision that I made for my car.

I requested repairs to my vehicle only to be told upon picking up vehicle it couldn't be done. This could have been told at drop off that repairs couldn't be done. They lack communication with customer. I don't trust Folsom Lake Toyota Service Department.

I would have given 5 stars but I did not receive any communication regarding when my vehicle would be completed so I had to leave to get there before they closed. The service advisor did give me a break on the price but communication would have been nice instead of wondering if the job would be completed or not as I needed my car

Almost purchased from this dealership however right at the very end the salesperson told me it was sold. I was shocked how fast that happened, but that's o.k. The salesman was very good but perhaps the company needs to let them know what stock is sold or available. Found what I wanted and it was a sensational deal and so much closer to me. It's all good.
