Had to take Forester 3 times. First time, they charged for diagnostics but didn't do it because vehicle was broke when I got it back. Second time took car to get real diagnostics test and it was ac compressor. I scheduled 3rd appointment, but they kept the car for 3 1/2 weeks. We would call with no return phone calls or updates until we contacted service manager. It just makes me wonder if they're really doing the work or being shady and dishonest. I always went to them, but after this , no more.
