The staff is very friendly, helpful, and orifessional, as always. The technicians noted 2 issues that they would continue to monitor, as they were not immediate concerns. They noted I needed new tires, and the staff took the time to look at the deals they currently had, printed off 4 for me to compare, and when I'm ready, they will order and install for me. No pressure. The only reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 is this time they took longer than anticipated, but usually I'm in and out in about an hour for oil change/tire rotation and inspection.
