I like the fact they inspected the car and found and repaired some problems that could have caused me to have an accident. This is still the best service department and dealership ever if Volkswagen still offered a diesel engine I would buy one in a heartbeat or a diesel hybrid.

I did my 30,000 maintenance tune up, including an oil change, tire rotation, filter changes, and also needed some brake work done. My rep, Dave Dang bundled my services so the price was very reasonable as well as the time it took to complete the work. They were also able to take me an hour early, so that saved me time that day.

I really like that I can schedule service when it is best for my schedule. The service advisors are always helpful. In addition, the service is pretty quick. Every time I go to Brunswick Subaru the waiting room for service is always crowded. The reason for this is, these people are honest. They don't take advantage of you. If you don't need to repair something immediately, they tell you! I had an appointment for an oil change and because it took longer than I had planned they did not charge me for it. These people are reliable, professional and caring.

I have been going to BAM for over 25 years. Their professionalism is exceptional. Mike Callahan is always my service advisor. He gets my van into service quickly, keeps me apprised of how the service is going as I always have to wait, goes over the multi point inspection report and makes sure my van is ready to go. Excellent customer service and my van is always good to go.

I came in for an oil change and was told that they don't have the express service like their website says they do and haven't had it for about 3 years and that they could do an oil change and it would take about an hour and it ended up taking over 2 hours and their excuse was that they got backed up but no one else had come in after me so that didn't make any sense.

I had an appointment to just get the oil and filter changed at 9am. I got to the dealer at 8:30am, and I didn't leave until 11:30am. Can someone explain why it would take 2 1/2 hours to get and oil change? I did check to make sure the oil and filter were changed. They were thankfully. Not impressed with the time management.

Scheduled appt. For warranty work on the drivers visor part n/a. It wasn't repaired. Had an oil change and tire rotation. Evap hose was not reconnected. They said I needed brakes 2-3 mm left. I replaced my brakes myself and the brakes were not anywhere near needing replaced. When the tires were put back on the lug bolts were on so tight I had to replace the lugs that had been deformed.

I had to drop my car off one evening as my battery was acting up. I used the night box to drop my keys. I got a call next morning that they have the battery in stock and can be worked on right away. After authorizing they took care of it and i was back on road 2 hrs after the shop opened.

Wasn't allowed a 15% discount on a hundred dollar oil change because the check in agent said I didn't tell her I had the coupon which I did. PAyment clerk was very nice trying to help me find coupon on my phone. Thought about a trade in but I think I'll look around if that is their customer service.

The best part of the dealer is the $59.95 synthetic oil change and tire rotation special. If you don't mention it up front you pay the full price of $150 with tax and the made of "shop supplies" charges. $64 with tax included is more reasonable. The waiting area has a couple of tables that can accomodate a laptop, but you will need your own WiFi hotspot unless you are good with 3.2 Mbps Guest WiFi.

Service appointment agent was courteous and very pleasant to work with. Although it has only been 2 days since the service was performed, everything seems to be working well. My only complaint is that my dashboard information screens and radios stations screens were all scrambled and I had to re-program and re-position the screens.

Jon was great and explained the oil change would take 90 minutes. The was almost two hours. The car was serviced well and just passed 159 000 miles. Car was not washed. Jon explained this would take an additional 15 minutes. I drove from lakewood. I could not wait longer due to an appontment.
