Service performed as requested, timely, and Cathy M very familiar with my vehicle. Existing trailer for waiting area is comfortable BUT EXTREMELY NOISY. I feel sorry for the team working 8 hours a day with an annoying bell chiming several times every time the trailer doors open and then those same doors SLAM very loudly. Additionally there is music BLASTING outside the trailer...WHY? PLEASE remedy for sake of the employees and any customers waiting for their vehicle to be serviced.
