2011 Mini Cooper Clubman
2011 Mini Cooper Clubman Review
The 2011 Mini Cooper Clubman is a subcompact wagon that has seating for up to five people. It’s meant for drivers who want a small car that’s fun to drive, has retro styling, and gets good fuel economy. Compared to the smaller Cooper on which it’s based, the Cooper Clubman is roughly 10 inches longer, resulting in a roomier cabin for passengers and more cargo space. Because of its larger size, the Cooper Clubman will also appeal to drivers who want a Cooper but need something with more interior space. And Mini sells the Cooper Clubman with an extensive list of available features and options, giving shoppers a high level of customization that’s unusual for the class.
The Cooper Clubman separates itself from the pack with its retro styling, athletic handling, and high fuel economy. Keep in mind, though, it trails key rivals when it comes to cargo capacity, ride quality, interior space, interior layout, and build quality. While the Cooper Clubman has sporty handling that makes it fun to drive, it comes at the expense of ride quality. And despite being larger than the Cooper, it’s still a subcompact car with a tight interior and limited cargo space compared to rivals. The interior of the Cooper Clubman also has an odd design with awkwardly placed controls that can be difficult to use.

2011 Mini Cooper Clubman Reviews
Consumer Reviews
My mini is good on gas and ride smooth on highway. The power is good. Overall a great car. Looks sporty to add.
Quick, nimble, totally fun car to drive. The 6-speed manual is so much more fun than a clunky automatic. It's very roomy and the barn doors in back a great for taller drivers. Heated seats and air blows cold. Great sound system completes the fun drive.
Odometer 170K 6spd manual reporting engine strong. I am the 2nd owner and have driven it daily for 80k miles with normal maintenances. Timing belt, water pump, alternator, brakes, Vanos cam seals, valve cover gasket. Overall fantastic spacious, comfortable, zippy 30mpg handles beautifully. I couldn't be happier. Reminiscent of my 1974 BMW 2002tii
The crazy thing is BMW is the maker of the mini cars but they refuse to work on them. Thats what the local BMW dealership told me. So I would have to drive like 3 or 5 hours to a Mini Dealership to get them to repair the car. There are times I wish I never would if bought that Mini Cooper for my Daughter.
I have only seen 2 other minis like mine. That makes him special. Is not a common style so it stands out.
