“After commuting over an hour driving in the rain & dark to the place of auto test driving, both vehicles my trade in value was lower than expected. I had ensured what was wrong with my car not what they thought behind my home work.. Their mechanics was not there after 5pm but did mention they would confirm first thing on Monday and with their mechanic and owners and get back to me. After driving back home I had some reservation about some things I noticed about the ES350 Lexus I did not disclose along with the bottom number they provided me.
They did not honor / communicate as promised come Monday or Tuesday. If they had spoken to their mechanics or owners I would have had my bank draw a blank check.The following things I had reservations about the Car & pricing:
The remote start, as advertised did not work, rust under the carriage of vehicle which brought a concern, smoke smells in one of their cars will never go away, not to mention tacking on a charge for a 151 pt inspection of $995 which should have already taken place before putting up for sale, nor should additional $200 for a 30 day temporary tags, (which should be free (I checked for NJ) as TTL is already included in the price of vehicle. Although I had a previous loan "negative equity" and transfer of title and could keep my tag, a vehicle priced at $17,995 go up to $28,561.49?! When I was asked what time can they expect me the following Saturday I told them not coming!
