Toyota took care of me. They were able to have the work, that needed to be done, be covered by the warranty and Chris was able to put me on a loaner for a few days. He was very informative and was able to explain step by step what the car needed and even used visuals. I was very pleased with the way I was treated and although the work took a few days, it was done! I trust that on my long trip this weekend, all will be well.

That day it was 25 windy freezing degrees and I arrived to the service shop with my all my windows up. The disqualification was blaringly visible.

I liked that they pick up the phone immediately when I called for help in car repair. But, I don't liked that they took too much time for fix the car problem. More than 5 hours in waiting room. Should be good have more mechanics technicians available.

The worst place you ever take your car I take my car for oil change clean engine take me three hours. I left my cartoclean the engine. Never done I have to come back stay another hour to get it done. They don't care about the customers. They don't care about their job they give you things they say in a car it never happened For me is no good place to go.

Toyota Bay Ridge Brooklyn hasn't any issue in having the customer return and have him completely satisfied with the service(s) we provide Spoke to the customer and we discussed the engine cleaning, which was done just not to the customers liking, I invited him back to have the engine cleaned again at no cost to the customer. He will let me know when he will be back at Toyota Bay Ridge Brooklyn for the engine wash.

Good morning, I have read your review which states that Toyota Bay Ridge wanted to charge you $400 for a blind side monitor that you felt should have been covered under warranty. Once the vehicle is inspected and it is shown that the BSM is faulty, you do not pay a diagnostic charge. If for some reason that the BSM has been damaged in some way, that would cancel out the warranty and you would (if you wanted the BSM repaired) have to pay for it. I hope I explained clearly the $400 diagnostic charge. wishing you a good day, drive safe

The diagnostic fee is then applied to the repairs needed to have your vehicle repaired and running properly. All repairs/parts are guaranteed and warranted by Toyota. It is true you can pay less at the local repair shop however the work is not guaranteed or warranted as if the repairs were done by an authorized Toyota dealership. If you would like to return at the next schedule service, I will provide you with an oil change for $49.95.
