Scammed me with rear breaks. Purposely did not check them at 2 year maintenance knowing VW offers 2 year warranty on those rear breaks. They ended up charging me around $160 which is only 20% of the total cost and they had VW pay the other 80%. I might be totally making this up but I suggest VW should really investigate this because they are taking advantage of this situation.

Anytime your dealing with manufacturing of parts there is going to be a wait time longer then usual but once the part I needed came in they fixed my car and so far I'm on the road again it's about patience from the mom the owner to the ladies at the front desk and Roger and Edgar awesome people Thank you

It was an insurance claim so it's difficult to gauge the experience. When I called they were reasonably responsive although in speaking with different people I received different information on one instance. It's an older dealership so I don't recommend waiting for your car. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Car went in due to a code for a PCM module, Gensinger responded that a Camshaft Midule needed to be replaced. They quoted me 2 hours of labor. They then informed me that the technical broke a special tool, they the module bolt was striped and they need 5 more hours to drop the transmission. In the end they took over 5 days to repair and the service was less than satisfactory.

Terrible experience. I was called saying a part was ordered for me had arrived. I dropped my vehicle off and got a call later that the part was actually not in stock. Service manager refused to speak with me about it. Emails to owner have been ignored. This is the third time Ive been given the run around about a part and meanwhile am left with a vehicle that beeps incessantly. Unsatisfied customer.

Only place I would recommend bringing your vehicle in for service. If youre looking for reasonable pricing, Gensinger is reasonable. Youre going to a dealership and this is very much the treatment your car deserves. Reasonable pricing. Reasonable wait times. Staff is stellar to making you feel like family.

I called this Dealer I was in area Relative's house.I called they said bring on over, I was so happy ,Once there car taken in within 5 minutes. Very, Very happy.Only thing from a small dealer, No frills, No car wash, top off fluids. Did speak with a salesman while waiting he wanted to put me in a new car, Although Heated seats are Great, especially with a bum back I said I was happy with my car so far ! Love my 2.5 Passat
