Service guy took great care of me and my car. We communicated through text, which made things very easy. Only reason it's not 5 stars, lack of shuttle service, loaner car or Uber ride home. Considering the car is under a lease, I'd expect a loaner or a ride home.

I usually have no problems when I go there; I'm in and out quickly. The service team and I get along well for the most part. My only complaint is the coffeeit could definitely be better, especially considering the money they charge for an oil change. Other than that, I'll keep bringing my car here because they consistently provide great service.
