“The end result was that I got the car I was looking for at an agreeable price. It was a model that is hard to find on the used car market. That being said, there were some glitches along the way.
After setting up an appt with the dealership, and driving an hour to get there, I arrive to be told they can't find the keys for the car. It would have been nice to have gotten a call along the way to let me know the situation. Had it not been the exact car I was looking for, I would have left at that point. While I were waiting for the keys to be found, we negotiated the deal, with the provision that I would not sign anything without test driving the car. After a couple of hours, the keys were located (in a tech's pocket) and onward to the test drive, which went fine. Finished up all the paperwork and then had to wait for them to detail the car. Was told an hour, but it was more like 2.(great detailing job btw) With all the waiting, I was surprised all we were offered for refreshments was water. Most dealers always have snacks on hand for the service area. The final piece to work out was that the original owner still had the 2nd fob and I had to get my title and my 2nd fob to them. Amazingly, the finance guy lived in the development across the street from ours and volunteered to drop off the fob and pick up my title and fob. By the end of that week, that was done. Finance area was low key on buying al the extra maintenance items and the salesman was easy to work with and willing to work with me on negotiations. Drove the car home that afternoon and have been very happy with my choice after several weeks of driving. As to service, I will use my local Hyundai dealer for items that need to be done there. For routine service, I will use my normal other shops.”

“They need to send the quotes without the Outlook. It doesn't work on a Mac Computer. Then I had to leave for a family emergency and I never got to test drive the car My Rep was great, Sarah. She gets 5 starts but I am unsure about the dealership. Myself and a family member also had concerns about the gap in service and oil changes.I would recommend for Ford but unsure about the other pre-owned brands.”
