Kia needs to step up their service amenities and most definitely needs to offer Kia vehicles as loaners. You offer great vehicles, loaded with features and benefits but you send your client to Hertz previously Enterprise where it diminishes your Kia client' experience. I refuse to purchase the new Telluride or any Kia vehicle going forward until you can hang with Acura, Audi, Lexus, etc. who ensures their client drives their cars when service is needed.”
